Find peace through a holistic, integrative approach to mental health.
We want to work together with you to help find balance in life. Our licensed providers treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and insomnia with medication management, supportive therapy, and a holistic approach.
We consider the whole person in our mental health assessments and treatments.
Mind, body, lifestyle, and relationships all work together to influence our mental health and physical wellness. Change is often slow and difficult rather than quick and easy. We want to help you thrive with an individualized treatment plan, with coaching and support along the way.
Flourish with integrative psychiatry online, go beyond medication management.
The providers at our online psychiatry practice are licensed to write prescriptions. But we go further by offering alternative treatments and assessments to treat the core cause of your symptoms. This may include ordering labs or genetic testing, recommending supplements, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and providing nutritional guidance to reduce the severity and frequency of symptoms.

She is patient and really takes the time to hear your story and situation. I felt seen and advocated for in a way that was very foreign to me… She’s thorough and ordered bloodwork that I’d normally have to fight for and really covered the bases to ensure that we’re approaching my issues from multiple angles in a very holistic way.
She was great and I am going to continue seeing her. She seemed genuinely concerned about my problem.
She is AMAZING!! I feel so confident in her approach and she is so thorough! I wish I would’ve met her sooner.
