Care that supports lasting mental health, beyond medication alone

While we prescribe medication when appropriate, our care goes beyond medication alone. We may recommend lab work or genetic testing, explore evidence-informed supplements, and offer therapeutic guidance to help reduce the severity and frequency of your symptoms.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Our psychiatric nurse practitioners are licensed to prescribe medications and provide therapy for a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD. They will work with you to determine if medication is appropriate for your treatment plan.

  • We accept most commercial insurance plans, and can provide you a receipt if you have out-of-network benefits to obtain reimbursement. Many of our patients only have to pay a small copay.

Please send us your insurance card information so we can assist you with verifying your eligibility and benefits. See our full list of insurance partners here.

We are not contracted with Medicare and Medicaid government plans and therefore cannot see patients covered by these plans at this time.

  • We strive to confirm all bookings for new patients within 24 hours. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, the national suicide and crisis lifeline at 988, or go to your local emergency room.

  • No referral is necessary. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider if you plan to use insurance benefits.

  • Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 60 minutes, allowing us time to thoroughly understand your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan. You and your provider will discuss the preferred length of subsequent sessions depending on your assessment and goals. We take the time needed to provide quality care.

  • Absolutely. We are bound by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information. Your medical records and the fact that you're receiving treatment will not be shared without your written consent, except in specific circumstances required by law (such as imminent danger to yourself or others, child or elder abuse, or court orders).

  • We currently provide mental health care for adults ages 18 and older.
