Stella brings a unique perspective to the table as a seasoned provider. She has worked with a variety of populations held back by numerous mental health conditions including trauma, severe mental illness, and addiction.

She provides a mindful, compassionate approach and personalized treatment to cater to each person’s unique circumstance. Her ability to identify with your situation is what makes me unique; never judgmental with a true desire to help you move forward.

She believes the brain and body are connected and that wellness requires a holistic perspective rather than just addressing symptoms.

Within our therapeutic relationship, you and I will make medication decisions, together, as well as improve mindfulness and coping skills. We are accepting patients who prefer to pay the cash rate. We can provide you with a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Unfortunately, we cannot see Medicaid patients at this time since we do not have a contract with these plans.
